Great service really is the best marketing

There are several things I don’t like about my bank. They have very few physical locations (though they are gaining more), most deposits must be made by mail, and they don’t accept cash deposits at all.

So why do my husband and I go out of our way to bank there?

They have amazing customer service.

Setting up our accounts with them wasn’t just easy, it was enjoyable. Any of my friends or family can tell you I’m not a big fan of the phone, but I actually look forward to calling them on the rare occasion that we need to do so because their staff is so friendly and helpful.

We originally switched to this bank because the checking account interest rate was higher than most others offered, and we wanted a single place to manage our checking and savings accounts, bills, and investment accounts. We have stayed with this bank because of our positive interactions with their staff.
