Happy Friday! I’m so excited to put out candy for trick or treaters on Saturday and see all of their adorable costumes. <3

After 3 years of living in our house, I’m finally tackling the master bathroom repainting and decorating. I ordered some shelves, my first favorite, to hang on the wall over the bathtub. The ones I ordered are a walnut wood tone to coordinate with our cabinets, but they appear to be out of stock now so the white ones are pictured below. I liked that they weren’t the typical straight floating shelf. I plan to put some small plants with vines that hang down on one of them and a cute container of bath salts/bombs on the other.

I’m trying a new natural deodorant that I really like so far. Both Mark and I have switched to different varieties of it. It’s effective and doesn’t dry out our skin or cause itching the way some brands do. Plus, the ingredients are all very simple things I can pronounce. I like the vanilla mint and Mark has been using the cedarwood spice. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our 17th dating anniversary last night. It’s incredible to think we’ve been dating since we were teenagers. We really have grown up together, which in some ways I have to think is easier than learning to live together when you’re already independent adults. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing man by my side. <3

The small group I’m in at Church is starting a new study, Call Me Blessed. The focus of the study is women in the Bible. Now more than ever, women are bombarded by messages from the culture about what it means to be a woman. Most of them are total garbage. Better to get the Truth straight from Scripture!

My favorite pup went on her annual Halloween dog walk with her puppy pals dressed up as a triceratops. She was not a fan of the costume so it didn’t last long, but she sure was adorable in it!
Hope you have a lovely weekend, friends! <3
